1. Overview

We want You to be completely satisfied with Your purchase. We may refund the purchase price for Services if the following conditions are met: (a) The Software was purchased through https://virtualsonics.com. We do not accept returns for Software that You acquired elsewhere. (b) All refund requests to Our customer support atsupport@virtualsonics.com must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. (c) We do not accept returns for Software that You downloaded, accessed or otherwise. (d) We may permit refunds for defective Software after You’ve downloaded and/or installed such Software on a case by case basis

2. Approved Refunds

We will notify You if We have approved or denied Your refund request. If We approve Your refund request, We will refund the amount of the original purchase price via the same payment method used to acquire the Software. This process can take between 5 and 10 days depending on the financial institution associated with Your payment method.
